The Mayor and City Council of Baltimore IT department seeks an IT Generalist to act as technology liaison between the DHCD and BCIT. The role supports technology operations by assisting business units with planning, process improvement, application support, data analysis, project coordination, and customer engagement.

As a member of the DHCD IT Portfolio Team, the IT Generalist helps identify challenges, recommends solutions, coordinates service delivery across BCIT teams, and helps implement

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of related IT experience (system engineering, network engineering, information security, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Government IT experience preferred.
