Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our IT PMO and drive website and custom application projects from kickoff to launch. You will partner with software engineers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid approaches.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, track progress with dashboards and metrics, and align IT delivery with company goals, shaping agile practices and governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing software development projects (websites, web apps, and custom applications).
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead website and custom application projects from kickoff to launch.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and tailor delivery methods.
• Coordinate release planning and deployments with engineering, QA, DevOps.
• Maintain backlog with epics and user stories; ensure alignment with goals.
• Track status with traditional and agile metrics and reports.
