Children’s Colorado is seeking an IT PMO Project Manager to lead information technology strategies, manage staff, and implement technology solutions that improve delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, managing budgets and risks, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

The position is hybrid and based in Colorado, with typical hours Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and potential after-hours depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of project management or business/project analyst experience.
• Healthcare project management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define, deliver, and support strategic IT plans; coordinate interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate managers and technical personnel through all phases; manage workflow changes.
• Coordinate vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and monitor conformance to plans and specifications.
• Develop and monitor project budgets; forecast requirements and analyze variances; manage expenditures.
• Plan and conduct project meetings; maintain communications with stakeholders and status reports.
• Perform risk, cost, benefit analyses; manage risk and develop crisis strategies.
• Plan change management strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
• Inspect projects for quality assurance and conduct closure activities including lessons learned.
