Job summary

Iberdrola SA is seeking an Analyst – PMO & Portfolios to support oversight of the AVANGRID IT project portfolio, aligned with PMO standards and business needs.

You will partner with project managers to enhance reporting, manage demand processes, and drive improvements in Clarity and PMO metrics, while supporting IT and business stakeholders across the portfolio. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or a related field and at least 3 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of CAPEX budget processes and impact on PMO metrics.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office tools and PMO reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support demand management processes and standards with the PMO team.
• Collaborate with project managers to improve project delivery and reporting integrity.
• Assist in training and guiding new project managers on PMO processes.
• Maintain relationships with project managers and help implement process improvements.
