Job summary

Trulieve in Tallahassee, FL seeks a Manager, IT PMO to lead program management practices and cross-functional governance for enterprise IT initiatives. You will help define how projects are planned, run, governed, and reported, partnering with IT and business leadership to ensure delivery aligned with strategic outcomes.

You will manage executive-sponsored initiatives, build stakeholder alignment, and promote disciplined PMO practices across the organization.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience managing complex technology projects, programs, portfolios, or transformation efforts.
Experience partnering with executives and senior leaders across business and technology functions.
Strong ability to govern, influence without direct authority, and align diverse stakeholders around outcomes.
Experience in Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments; PMP/PgMP/PfMP preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior business and technology leaders to shape priorities and translate strategy into execution.
Manage executive-sponsored strategic initiatives from definition through outcome realization.
Build stakeholder alignment across teams and leadership levels; surface competing priorities and resolve.
Synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and executive communications.
Provide governance, planning, and portfolio management support across IT initiatives.
