The role requires 10+ years in project/portfolio management and 7–10 years in leadership, plus Agile Scrum or PMP/PgMP certification.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in project, portfolio, or program management.
• 7–10 years in leadership roles managing scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Agile Scrum and/or PMP (PgMP) certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Advanced strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Experience with multiple PM methods and tools.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, Agile environments.
