Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp. is seeking an IT PMO Delivery Manager (Execution Lead) to oversee IT Facilities projects within the EBIT PMO.

The role focuses on driving end-to-end project delivery, baseline planning, and governance across Real Estate/Facilities initiatives in Groton and nearby sites. You will translate business requirements, align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and budgets, and lead multidisciplinary teams to remove blockers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of direct project or program management experience.
• 3+ years overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
• 5+ years IT project experience with IT infrastructure teams (preferred).
• Experience managing Facilities or IT network projects (preferred).
• Experience in Portfolio Management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End project delivery across facilities project lifecycle.
• Align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Build relationships with Groton Shipyard and Quonset Point customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to remove blockers.
• Govern PMO processes and framework.
• Track dependencies, mitigate risks, and monitor KPIs.
