General Dynamics Electric Boat is seeking an experienced IT Telecom Infrastructure Supervisor to coordinate network and telecom projects across EB sites. You will act as the primary liaison between IT and Facilities, drive planning, and ensure alignment with requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.

The role covers WAN lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and hands-on supervision of staff and contractors, with a focus on secure, scalable infrastructure and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT infrastructure, telecom, or network operations, including project coordination.
• Experience with service providers and circuit vendors preferred.

Responsabilités

• Liaise IT and Facilities for network and telecom infrastructure planning.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering to support design with site details.
• Gather requirements from business users and align with technical constraints.
• Own lifecycle management of WAN circuits, including vendor communication and upgrades.
• Oversee telecom infrastructure across EB locations, including MDF/IDF spaces and racks.
• Ensure IT standards, security policies, and documentation are followed.
• Supervise staff or contractors and maintain records.
