Job summary

V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an IT PM III in St. Louis to drive IT and digital initiatives from planning through closure.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks while coordinating across multiple teams to ensure successful delivery. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Jira is desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in medium to large organizations.
• Experience managing technology projects using predictive/waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches.
• PMP preferred but not required.
• Degree preferred but not required.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-team dependencies.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, financial management, risk, issue, and change management skills.
• Budget tracking (spotting under- or overspending), without deep financial expertise
• Schedule management and holding people accountable

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a IT PM III for our premier client in St Louis, MO.

Education and Experience

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in medium to large organizations.


• Demonstrated experience managing technology projects using predictive/waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches


• PMP preferred but not required.


• Degree preferred but not required.


• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-team dependencies.


• Strong project planning, scheduling, financial management, risk, issue, and change management skills.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management


• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Jira.


• Ability to understand technical concepts without needing to be the technical subject matter expert.


• Budget tracking (spotting under- or overspending), without deep financial expertise


• Organization, given the volume of work


• Schedule management and holding people accountable

Nice-to-have

• PMP (not required)


• Scrum Master experience (for the regulatory role)
