Job DescriptionPrimary Location: Boise, ID. V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Project Manager for our premier client in Boise, ID.

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years project management experience in technology projects.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to manage to deadlines and the critical path for project success
• Ability to gather requirements and prioritize execution of data aggregation, analytics, and report development
• Ensure end product meets requirements and deliverables for the EDW
• Coordinate resources across multiple vendors and state teams through planning, implementation, go-live, and certification
• Analyze project progress and adapt when necessary
• Establish and maintain relationships and provide updates to appropriate audiences as needed
• Present to department executives and legislative body on project progress
• Ability to actively work to expose issues as early as possible and work with Management to resolve

Qualifications:

• Experience with change management, organizing training, and communication to ensure a smooth roll‑out of new systems and processes
