Job summary
Shoreline Container and Packaging in Holland, MI is seeking an ITOT Site Manager to support and optimize the technology infrastructure within our 24/7 manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary on-site technology resource, responsible for supporting network infrastructure, OT, end-user computing systems, and business-critical applications that enable our manufacturing operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, CS, Engineering or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing IT/OT environments preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Resolve IT/OT tickets and onsite issues across the facility.
- Identify root causes and implement long-term solutions.
- Provide end-user training and maximize technology effectiveness.
- Maintain system documentation and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Security to mitigate site risks.
- Support IT/OT projects and track progress and budgets.
- Develop site SMEs and training initiatives.
- Contribute to Business Continuity and process optimization.
