Job summary

ZENITH INFOTEK LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager (IT/OT) to oversee the Manufacturing portfolio and manage project pipelines in the Energy and Utilities sector. This role requires a strong background in SCADA Control and IT/OT Integration, as well as excellent communication skills to ensure stakeholder alignment.

The ideal candidate will manage governance in the OT/MES space, develop roadmaps across multiple plants, and ensure successful project delivery. Immediate start is required in Minnetonka, MN.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SCADA Control and IT/OT Integration in the Energy and Utilities sector.
• Proven experience in OT/MES portfolio governance with a focus on intake, prioritization, and stage gate control.
• Expertise in roadmap and release planning across multiple plants.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT/OT and Manufacturing portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the OT/MES portfolio governance.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps and release planning across multiple plants.
• Ensure integration oversight across the entire IT/OT stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
• Utilize Planview for program and portfolio management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
