Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Program Manager, IT/OT & Digitalization to lead digital manufacturing initiatives for a new Lithium Gigafactory. You will own the OT/IT convergence strategy from shop-floor PLCs to enterprise platforms and drive Industry 4.0 transformation.

The role requires 7–10 years in IT/OT program management, hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA, historians, MES/MOM, and strong leadership to coordinate with Operations, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in IT/OT program management with a focus on digital manufacturing, automation, and factory operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT/OT & Digitalization program for the Lithium Gigafactory from concept through commissioning and production ramp-up, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.
