Job summary

National Debt Relief, LLC is seeking a full-time IT Operations Technician to manage the shipping and inventory of IT equipment and to support remote employees.

You will create and maintain user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365, build workstations for deployment, and provide onboarding training. You will also assist with software installation and ongoing maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of help desk / IT operations / end user support experience.
• Experience with Windows OS and Mac OSX environments.
• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 user account management.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Focused on hardware deployment, the full-time IT Operations Technician will manage the shipping and inventory of IT equipment, create and maintain user accounts, and provide onboarding training to remote employees.

Key responsibilities

• Package and ship IT equipment to remote employees while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Create and manage end user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365, and build workstations for deployment
• Provide IT onboarding training to new remote employees and assist with software installation and maintenance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1 year of experience in a help desk, IT operations, or end user support position
• Proven experience supporting Windows OS and Mac OSX environments
• Prior experience with Active Directory and Office 365 user account management
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
