Job summary

Lumafield, based in San Francisco, is hiring an IT Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations and build scalable systems for a growing team. You’ll ensure employees have devices, access, and tools to work effectively, while collaborating with Engineering and other teams on security and infrastructure across our offices.

You’ll manage device lifecycles, deploy software, and help automate IT processes to improve reliability and scalability as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT systems administration, endpoint management, or IT support.
• Experience supporting macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms and endpoint management solutions.
• Identity and access management including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and balance day-to-day and project work.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support across Lumafield offices including hardware, software, networking, and workspace tech.
• Manage lifecycle of company devices: procurement, provisioning, enrollment, deployment, inventory, and retirement.
• Administer Google Workspace, Rippling, MDM, and other SaaS tools.
• Control user identities, access, permissions, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain endpoint security and patch management with tools like SentinelOne and Vanta.
• Support compliance initiatives for SOC 2, ISO 27001, ITAR with technical controls and audits.
• Support server rack lifecycle from network to physical deployment.
• Configure and troubleshoot AV/conference room tech including Neat devices.
• Automate processes to improve reliability and employee experience.
