Job summary

Orchard Village is seeking a full-time IT & Operations Specialist to enhance organization-wide use of software systems and optimize operations. You will teach end users Office applications, handle technology issues, and coordinate with service providers.

The role requires knowledge of ADP, Abila/MIP, Therap, and strong communication, organizational, and training skills. Travel to offsite locations may be needed, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Two years related IT/operations experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of Access and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Teach end users Microsoft Office applications and general computer use.
• Serve as primary contact for technology issues; track, troubleshoot, and coordinate with service providers as needed.
• Collaborate with off-site tech support to maintain hardware.
• Set up new users and machines; manage voice/data services to all locations; perform password resets.
