• Data‑driven with experience tracking SLAs and operational metrics.
• Strong communicator and mentor for junior team members.
• Experience using AI‑native productivity and automation tools.

Responsabilités

• Administer core SaaS tools with security and audit focus.
• Translate engineering rollouts into operational runbooks.

The IT Operations Specialist will work out of our corporate office in St. Louis, Missouri, and will own and enhance core IT & Security operational domains, including user and device lifecycle management, SaaS administration, and end‑user support.
