Responsibilities

• Improve cross-functional workflows and document handoffs.
• Mentor junior staff and handle high-impact escalations.
• Track SLAs, backlog, CSAT; run root-cause analyses.

• Administer core SaaS tools with security and audit focus.
• Translate engineering rollouts into operational runbooks.
• Maintain macOS endpoint compliance, MDM, and patching.
• Contribute to incident response as needed.

The IT Operations Specialist will work out of our corporate office in St. Louis, Missouri, and will own and enhance core IT & Security operational domains, including user and device lifecycle management, SaaS administration, and end-user support.
