Job Title: IT Help Desk Operations Specialist

Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania

Pay Range: Competitive
4 month contract to hire

What's Needed?

• At least 2 years of experience in a technical support or IT operations role.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID / Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting identity and access management tasks and troubleshooting authentication issues.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues.
