You will collaborate with Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering to document processes, propose improvements, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent technical documentation and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in at least two of the listed areas (Windows/WRT/Networking/Web troubleshooting).

Responsibilities

• Immerse in live operational workflows, shadowing and documenting dependencies and system interactions.
• Analyze and map technical processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering to streamline workflows.
• Develop clear process documentation and actionable improvement recommendations.
• Communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You’ll Do

• Immerse yourself in live operational workflows, meticulously shadowing and documenting dependencies and system interactions to gain a comprehensive understanding.
• Analyze and map intricate technical processes, proactively identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies that hinder optimal performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Operations, Development Operations, Infrastructure, and Engineering, to drive the streamlining and improvement of critical workflows.
• Develop clear, concise process documentation and formulate actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Effectively communicate complex technical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, including both technical experts and non‑technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

• Exceptional technical documentation and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to distill complex information into clear insights.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Prior hands‑on experience in at least two of the following areas:
  • Windows workstation support
  • Real‑time operations or command‑center environments
  • TCP/IP networking or systems administration
  • Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting

Stand Out With (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working in an Operations Center or equivalent 24O7 support environment.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms.
• Comfort collaborating effectively with Development Operations and Infrastructure teams.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
