Join a collaborative team of 11 professionals, manage backlog in Jira, and collaborate with business customers to refine requirements and priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an IT Analyst or similar technical role.
  • Experience with Java, .NET, SQL, and GitHub; Azure cloud familiarity.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in bi-weekly team meetings to discuss progress and strategize upcoming tasks.
  • Manage and prioritize backlog items using Jira, ensuring efficient workflow and timely resolution.
  • Collaborate directly with business customers to understand their needs, refine requirements, and prioritize new features or fixes.
  • Focus on one application at a time, providing dedicated support and expertise.
  • Utilize strong debugging skills to identify and resolve issues within existing codebases, ensuring application stability.
  • Apply exceptional troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and address unique technical challenges as they arise.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer relationships, communicating effectively and professionally, even when addressing frustrations.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an IT Analyst or similar technical role.
  • Strong understanding of general IT principles: Demonstrated proficiency in core technologies such as Java, .NET, Sequel, and Github.
  • Solid database background: Experience with database management, querying, and optimization.
  • Azure workspace experience: Hands-on experience working within the Azure cloud environment.
  • Proven ability to debug and fix existing code, not just create new solutions.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
  • A team player who can understand and navigate business frustrations professionally.
