Job summary

HYUNDAI-POSCO Louisiana Steel seeks an IT Operations & Service Management professional to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant IT services across the organization. The role collaborates with internal functions and external partners to deliver results during projects and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities include directing service delivery, overseeing providers, and developing roadmaps, budgets, and policies while aligning with security standards and corporate architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of professional experience with IT operations and service management.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service delivery, operational readiness, and IT operations management for HPLS.
• Manage outsourced providers and monitor service performance for stability and reliability.
• Support implementation, transition, and operation of IT infrastructure, platforms, applications, and end-user services.
• Develop and execute IT roadmaps, budgets, policies, and service processes.
• Coordinate infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, ERP/MES/OT integrations, and vendor relations.
• Manage projects, changes, incidents, problems, assets, licenses, SLAs, risks, and audits.
• Translate business and plant requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with security standards.
• Monitor performance, capacity, availability, security, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain procedures, inventories, contracts, architecture records, and disaster-recovery docs.
