Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, analyze information, document work, and collaborate across functions.
• Working proficiency with Microsoft 365 and job‑relevant enterprise or technical systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage product costing, standard costs, and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support planning and performance management.
• Analyze production costs, profitability, and key financial drivers to support management decision‑making.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, long‑range plans, and monthly performance reporting.
• Maintain product costing, standard costs, cost‑center structures, allocation methods, and manufacturing cost models.
• Analyze price, volume, mix, yield, usage, labor, overhead, inventory, and capital‑spend variances.
• Partner with operations and functional leaders to explain results and develop corrective actions.
• Prepare management presentations, scenario analyses, business cases, and decision‑support models.
• Improve planning processes, data quality, controls, dashboards, and ERP reporting.
