Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Lead IT service delivery professional to oversee IT support across 250+ veterinary hospitals in a nationwide, fully remote role with periodic travel.

You will manage daily IT operations, partner with MSP vendors, and drive reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement to raise service quality across distributed sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 expertise and experience in multi-site distributed environments.
• Strong customer service, communication, and reporting skills.
