Job summary

Alliance Animal Health is seeking an IT Director to lead day-to-day IT service delivery for over 250 veterinary hospitals across the United States. Reporting to the VP of Technology, you will oversee the co-managed IT model, ensuring consistent, high-quality support, transparency, and measurable service standards.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in IT leadership, strong project management, and deep technical experience with Microsoft 365, security programs, and multi-site environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• 8+ years in IT support, systems admin, or technical operations.
• 3+ years in IT leadership or service delivery management.
• Experience managing MSP/co-managed IT relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own IT operations and service delivery for a nationwide hospital network.
• Lead co-managed IT partnership with MSPs and internal teams.
• Drive customer-focused service standards and issue resolution.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder comms.
• Oversee reporting, KPIs, and governance for IT initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership in Microsoft 365, security, and infrastructure.
