Job summary

A global provider of water, hygiene, and energy technologies is seeking an IT Operations Support – Scheduling Specialist in Eagan, Minnesota. The role focuses on monitoring production batch schedules, primarily using CA7 and UC4, with responsibilities including incident logging and communication with the Monitoring and Escalation Center. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working in a shift based Operations Monitoring setting.
• Knowledge of IT Incident Management processes & tools.
• Experience with CA7 & UC4 is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Production Batch Schedules using CA7 and UC4.
• Acknowledge Critical/Warning/Informational alerts based on severity.
• Perform Password Resets on selected systems.
• Log all incidents in the ITIL ticketing system.
