IDR, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator to support daily IT department operations, handling accounts payable, procurement, asset management, and admin tasks.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills and cross-functional teamwork within a technology environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with experience in financial and operational processes.

Formación

• 3+ years in Accounts Payable, Operations Support, Administrative Support, or a related role.
• Experience processing invoices, expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
• Experience with procurement, inventory management, or asset tracking.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process and resolve AP invoices, discrepancies, and vendor billing issues.
• Manage IT-related purchasing activities, including purchase requests, order tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Support weekly billing allocations and chargeback processes for IT equipment and services.
• Maintain accurate records and electronic filing systems for invoices, purchasing documentation, and operational reports.
• Assist with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and stockroom organization.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate equipment replenishment as needed.
• Generate and analyze Excel reports to support operational and financial decision-making.
• Provide administrative and system support to the IT department.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues and requests.
• Identify process improvements and help maintain accurate operational data.
