Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in IT operations, service coordination, inventory management, purchasing, or similar.
• Experience with ticketing, reporting, and workflow tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT operations and service coordination across teams and vendors.
• Manage hardware fulfillment, asset records, onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Lead approved operational projects from planning through implementation.
• Support system maintenance and data quality improvements.
