Job summary

Loh Services is seeking an IT application management specialist to ensure stable operation of production and engineering applications. You will support migration planning, testing, and the rollout of new IT solutions while contributing to cloud projects and IT landscape evolution.

You will create and maintain technical documentation and work closely with international project teams, providing 2nd- and 3rd-level support and maintaining test environments.

Qualifications

• Completed IT field training or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
• High level of commitment, motivation, and teamwork.
• Experience operating Windows and/or Linux server-client OS.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Experience with backup solutions (including Macrium).
• Very good command of German and good written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable, trouble-free operation of production and engineering applications.
• Plan and test migration of existing systems and implement new IT solutions.
• Actively participate in cloud projects and advance IT landscape.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems.
• Collaborate with international project teams.
• Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for issue analysis and resolution.
• Set up and maintain necessary test environments.
