Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of IT support or business systems analysis experience.
• Experience with POS systems Micros, Nextep, and Square.
• Experience with asset management and IT inventory practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead day-to-day IT operations including POS management and hardware/network troubleshooting.
• Independently manage POS configurations, product data, brand setup, and system scheduling across Micros, Nextep, and Square.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle management including procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, returns, and vendor coordination.
• Analyze and propose system or workflow improvements to boost efficiency.
• Provide training and create knowledge-sharing materials for field teams and stakeholders.
• Act as cross-functional project lead supporting technology projects from concept to execution.
• Manage AV equipment requests and provide onsite support for events.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and contribute to innovation strategies.
• Develop SOPs and documentation to support onboarding and self-service.
