Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT operations, systems engineering, or related roles.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Scripting and automation: Bash, PowerShell, Python.
• Excellent debugging of hardware, firmware, and networking issues.
• Knowledge of network architecture and design.
• Excellent organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to respond to occasional off-hour emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize IT infra: servers, networks, storage, and databases.
• Oversee full system lifecycle from provisioning to decommissioning.
