Job summary

Minnesota Wild is seeking an Information Technology Manager to oversee day‑to‑day IT operations, staff supervision, and vendor coordination at the Saint Paul campus. You will balance hands‑on troubleshooting with strategic IT leadership, ensuring reliable service and security across the organization.

The role requires managing help desk processes and delivering event‑based IT support while guiding full‑time and part‑time teams. Strong communication and customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support and troubleshooting to end users, ensuring timely and effective assistance.
• Manage the Help Desk system, prioritizing and documenting tickets to ensure quick resolution.
• Support IT infrastructure management and vendor coordination across networking, security, and cloud services.
• Develop world‑class customer service strategies and coach staff to deliver them consistently.
• Coordinate pre-event setup and on‑duty IT support during events and at the MSE campus.
