Job summary

Ulland Brothers, Inc. in Minnesota seeks an Information Technology Manager to lead day-to-day IT services and coordinate with our managed service provider. This hands-on role supports employees, maintains systems, and aligns IT with business needs.

The ideal candidate has a degree in IT or related field and 3+ years in IT operations, with strong Windows/M365 skills, device management, and security coordination; occasional travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in information technology or related field.
• 3+ years of IT support or operations experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and clear communication skills.
• Familiarity with managed service provider environments beneficial.
• Willingness to travel between company locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for Windows computers, printers, and common business tech.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning with HR and MSP.
• Maintain device lifecycle and inventory records for hardware and software.
• Support field offices and project teams with connectivity and mobile workflows.
• Liaise with vendors, manage service requests, and document issues and resolutions.
• Support security practices, incident response, and backup activities with MSP.
• Assist planning and budgeting for equipment, licensing, and related spend.
