• Knowledge of JIRA/Jira Service Management and terminal systems (TOS/Gate/OCR).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT operations delivery for a 24x7 marine terminal environment.
• Coordinate internal IT, onsite MSPs, and external vendors to resolve tech issues.
• Oversee JIRA service-management queues and incident prioritization.
• Manage software testing, releases, and production deployments; ensure rollback plans.
• Align IT priorities with Operations, Customer Service, Finance and other departments.
• Lead weekly triage sessions and drive continuous improvement.
