BAE Systems is seeking an IT Operations Manager for a future role on our government customer's new program, which delivers applications and solutions across multiple classification levels. The responsibilities of the IT Operations Manager will include:

1. Operate, maintain, support, and improve CMI Services at Tier 3 across all domains.
2. Coordinate with Tier 4 vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill service requests.
3. Support customers as required.
4. Manage work assignments using the HelpNow ticketing system.
5. Monitor CMI Services infrastructure.
6. Provide support during business hours (0600-1800) and on-call after-hours support 24x7 as needed.
7. Recommend and implement continuous service improvement (CSI) processes, UX enhancements, and innovations for Tier 2 O&M.
8. Implement patches and updates.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant work experience, or 20 years of relevant experience without a bachelor's degree.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• ITIL certification.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $130,355 - $221,603

Please note: This range reflects our market pay structures. Actual salaries are influenced by various factors including business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, and candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
