Job summary

Executive Connect Qatar is seeking an Information Technology Manager to oversee technology operations and drive the company’s IT strategy. You will lead a team, collaborate with departments to address technical needs, and ensure reliable infrastructure.

The role requires 5+ years in IT management, strong networks/cloud/cybersecurity expertise, and excellent communication. GDPR/HIPAA familiarity is a plus; the position is contract with potential for full-time, US-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Experience managing a team of IT professionals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations such as GDPR or HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in line with the company's goals.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
