Job summary

Regeneron is seeking an IT Operations Leader (Senior Manager or Associate Director) to join the IOPS IT team, ensuring reliable operation and management of IT and OT infrastructure across our GxP manufacturing environment. You will provide strategic direction, oversee service delivery, and collaborate with corporate IT, automation teams, and partners participating in fast-growing, science-driven initiatives.

Location: Troy, NY. Work model: Mon–Fri 8:00 am–4:30 pm.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong leadership and IT/OT governance experience.
• Experience with GxP regulatory environments and data integrity is preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and service delivery management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation of IT/OT infrastructure across GxP manufacturing environments.
• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for IT/OT infrastructure and services.
• Collaborate with corporate IT, automation teams, and service providers to ensure robust operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT Operations team and manage vendors/MSPs.
• Drive ITIL implementation, SLAs, metrics, and continuous improvement.

Education

BS/BA in Information Technology or related field
