Job summary

Celtic Bank in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead a hands-on team responsible for the stability, security, and performance of the bank's technology environment. This role combines technical work with day-to-day operations, overseeing patch management with Tanium, IAM with Okta, incident and change processes, and collaboration across cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in IT operations or infrastructure leadership.
Experience administering enterprise endpoint management (Tanium, Intune/SCCM, or similar).
Experience with Okta IAM and ITSM platforms (Jira, ServiceNow).
Knowledge of banking systems regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day IT operations for core banking systems.
Lead the operations team, prioritize workloads, and conduct performance reviews.
Own incident and change management processes for patches and IAM.
Track KPIs, patch compliance, and SLA attainment for leadership.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to remediate risks.
Develop and maintain runbooks and disaster recovery plans.
