Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise network operations, engineering, or reliability roles.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of routing, switching, WAN/LAN, data center networking, monitoring, and support practices.
• Experience in mission-critical network environments with high availability and continuity expectations.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, change, request, and service management processes.
• Ability to lead technical improvements through influence, credibility, and structured execution.
• Experience driving root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership across global network operations teams.
• Improve incident, problem, change quality, and service reliability.
• Lead through influence across operations, engineering, architecture, and vendors.
• Oversee deployments of new network products with readiness, supportability, and documentation.
• Strengthen runbooks, escalation models, and service health reviews.
• Mentor engineers to strengthen troubleshooting and disciplined execution.
• Communicate risks and improvement plans to leadership.
