Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an IT architect and operations leader to transform IT operations, design technology solutions, and own full IT operations including cloud platforms, SaaS applications, networks, and infrastructure.

The role leads a distributed team of IT engineers and administrators, collaborating closely with Security, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
• 3 – 5+ years in IT management or leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end enterprise IT operations.
• Strong expertise in cloud and enterprise IT systems, especially Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Familiarity with identity and access management, virtualization, endpoint management, and IT security tools.
