Job summary

Prince Industries LLC is seeking an IT Support Manager to oversee our IT operations, MSP relationships, and infrastructure. The role blends leadership with hands-on technical work across desktop, server, network, and cloud environments.

You will drive automation, tooling, and processes to improve uptime, security, and efficiency while coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors. 5+ years in IT and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional IT experience.
• 5+ years in IT support and infrastructure.
• 2+ years managing vendors/MSPs or outsourced IT.
• Hands-on with Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and service delivery.
• Lead MSP engagement, SLAs, and KPI monitoring.
• Administer AD, cloud services, email, and identity management.
• Plan upgrades, migrations, and technology refreshes.
• Develop automation tools and dashboards to improve reliability.
• Mentor team, establish IT processes, and manage IT assets.
