Job summary

Prince Industries is seeking an IT Support Manager to oversee day-to-day IT operations, support, maintenance, and improvements across desktop, server, network, and cloud environments. This role coordinates with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure service quality aligns with business objectives while delivering hands-on technical support.

You will lead automation projects, tool development, and process improvements to boost efficiency, security, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of progressive IT support and infrastructure experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing vendors, MSPs, or outsourced IT service providers.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and/or Linux servers.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Network infrastructure knowledge (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless).
• Experience with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Administer and support Windows/Linux server environments with maintenance and monitoring.
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including VPNs and wireless networks.
• Lead resolution of complex incidents; act as escalation point for critical issues.
• Ensure security, reliability, and high availability of IT systems.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and support processes.
• Act as primary contact for MSP partners and coordinate service delivery.
