Job summary

BTX Precision in Redmond, Oregon seeks an IT & Automation Manager to support cross-functional business systems, govern AI tools, and help maintain CMMC compliance. The role collaborates with the General Manager and Integration Team on Epicor/IMPACT and other enterprise platforms.

You will provide day-to-day IT support, drive process improvements through technology, coordinate with CMIT, and ensure secure, compliant operations across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise business systems and IT helpdesk.
• Familiarity with Epicor, IMPACT and related platforms.
• Ability to coordinate with external IT vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with business systems support, testing, data management and user adoption within project teams.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and software partners on technology projects and tickets.
• Support CMMC compliance preparation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Provide AI enablement governance, guidelines, training, and data-handling safeguards.
• Contribute to automation and process improvement through data-driven tech solutions.
