Job summary

Hadrian is building a new precision manufacturing facility in Cherokee, Alabama. We are seeking an IT Site Lead to own day-to-day IT operations at F4 and serve as the face of IT for the entire site.

This hands-on role will manage endpoints, support facility employees and production staff, and maintain local infrastructure. You'll report to the Director of IT and collaborate with central teams across infrastructure, cybersecurity, network, and systems functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in IT operations within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience with endpoint management and identity/access management.
• Knowledge of security tooling, compliance frameworks, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own on-site IT support for facility staff and production teams.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning for site employees.
• Manage local infrastructure and network health; coordinate with central IT.
• Drive IT projects for site deployment, security, and asset management.
