Octane Lending seeks an IT Operations Manager to design, secure, and manage cloud-first enterprise technologies and network infrastructure. Lead cross-functional IT projects and oversee the IT Service Desk for a nationwide remote workforce; hybrid role in Irving.

The role emphasizes identity management, SASE, and MDM, with after-hours on-call, mentoring of junior engineers, and collaboration with business and engineering leaders to drive security, observability, and compliant operations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years leading end-to-end corporate technology platform projects.
• 3+ years in IT leadership roles across Helpdesk, deskside, or user-facing support.
• Advanced certifications in security/identity/administration (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Okta, Microsoft).
• Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a technical project lead, mentoring junior IT Operations Engineers.
• Design and integrate cloud-first enterprise platforms (Okta IdP, SASE, EDR, MDM).
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding for nationwide remote workforce from joiners to leavers.
• Administer IT Service Desk, corporate email, file sharing, and video conferencing tools.
• Plan, budget, and track the mobile workstation fleet lifecycle.
• Design and manage cloud, on-premises, and SaaS network environments with observability.
• Drive security/compliance improvements, resolve outages, participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with leaders to deliver technical presentations, best practices, and documentation.
