Job summary

Highland Bank in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an IT Manager to oversee IT operations, governance, and vendor coordination in a managed services environment. The role serves as the primary internal contact for IT delivery, user support, documentation, access administration, and audit support to ensure secure, reliable, and bank-aligned IT services.

The position reports to the COO and collaborates with Navanta/Bankers Private Cloud and other technology vendors.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical degree required.
• Experience in IT support and infrastructure coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of banking technology and cybersecurity recommended.
• Experience with vendor management and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day IT operations and user support.
• Aligns IT priorities with bank goals and regulatory expectations.
• Coordinates with vendors for managed services and support.
• Assists with risk assessments, audits, and remediation tracking.
• Supports technology roadmap and cost-efficiency improvements.
