Job summary

Randstad Digital in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking its first dedicated U.S. IT hire to build foundational systems, processes, and day-to-day technical operations that support our growing team.

You will serve as the primary owner for internal IT, ensuring secure, reliable tools and support so the team can succeed without technical roadblocks.

This contract role offers hands-on impact in a fast-paced environment with a focus on security, onboarding, and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4 years in IT support, systems administration, or corporate IT.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and hardware/network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own user account provisioning, role updates, and offboarding across core systems.
• Configure, deploy, and manage laptops and hardware for new hires and ongoing needs.
• Provide fast, friendly technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain core IT infrastructure, cloud services, and Microsoft 365 environments for reliability and performance.
• Build onboarding checklists, documentation, and baseline IT security policies for scaling.
