Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of computer setup, peripheral connectivity, and IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN).

Responsibilities

• Work with Support/Jobsite operations to resolve technical problems.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Support system updates, backups, and security protocol implementation.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.
• Document procedures and maintain organized records.
• Travel to various office and jobsite locations as required.
