Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Interest in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Management.
• Ability to work with end-user devices and IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT service desk tickets in Jira related to hardware, software, or access issues.
• Diagnose and resolve end-user device issues on macOS and Windows.
• Support device deployment, imaging, and provisioning for new hires.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and access removal processes.
• Keep IT asset inventory accurate and up-to-date.
• Contribute to internal documentation and process improvements.
• Support system improvement projects and automation initiatives.
• Perform other duties to support the IT Operations team.
