Sezzle seeks a Human Resources Intern for remote work from Colombia, joining a mission-driven fintech team. You will help develop recruiting best practices and ensure every candidate has a world-class experience.

You’ll manage the ATS, schedule phone screens, assist with events, and contribute to reporting while learning in a dynamic environment that embraces AI-enabled productivity.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development.
• Interest in startups.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
• Hard-working, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and a can-do attitude!

Compensation : The salary for the Human Resources Intern is $2.800.000 COP monthly.
